- Prices stated are in Malaysian Ringgit MYR / RM.
- Prices stated are fix and not inclusive postage. (except if offer stated with free postage)
- Items sold are not returnable. (unless for valid reason as per Return Policy)
- To purchase, fill in the order form provided. We will reply within 24 hours for confirmation via mail.
- Payment to Maybank, CIMB clicks, Bank Islam and Paypal. Do inform us after payment is done, we will check whether we had received the payment and send you a mail to confirm address and details.
- If no payments received within 24 HOURS after confirmation email received, order will be automatically cancelled. Do inform at theannlove@gmail.com if there is any need to extend your reservation.
- For custom made item, you have to pay a deposit of 50%, and another 50% after order is ready.
- For ready-to-buy products, 100% payment must be made.
- No cancellation is allowed after you have made the payment/booking. If there is, payment will be forfeited.
- Postage rate for West Malaysia is RM6/per cloth, for east Malaysia RM8 per/clothes.W e do ship internationally. ( do request! )
- Shipping via “Pos Laju” will be done every Friday only.
- Please email us directly if you have any problem regarding our brand and product.
